Bamboo Studio is Turning Two!

June 21st, 2017 by Yili Bonarski

Bamboo Studio opened on July 3rd, 2015 with a bang! Our very first class was packed with people celebrating both the opening of our paint studio and Independence Day. This year, for our second anniversary, we’re continuing our tradition with two special Fourth of July classes: for kids, Bang! Boom! GR Festival of the Arts

May 23rd, 2017 by Yili Bonarski

Downtown Grand Rapids is home to the award-winning Grand Rapids Art Museum, Kendall College of Art and Design, and the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts. The city also boasts an impressive array of other museums, concert venues, performance halls, and schools – not to mention the incredible Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park on East Beltline. Nowhere does this local love of the creative shine more brightly than at Festival of the Arts, a Grand Rapids annual tradition for almost 50 years.

Celebrated Service – Voting Delayed!

October 27th, 2016 by Frances

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the Celebrated Service voting! We just received word from their coordinators that there was a problem with the way their polling system was set up, so in the spirit of fairness they are delaying the voting until Nov. 2nd – Nov. 10th.

We are so excited about all the people who were so ready to vote for us this morning, so we’ll get that hype train rolling again on Nov. 2nd! Thank you all!
